色がきれいで～美味しい～☆

 2月5日（火）

紅菜苔（コウサイタイ）～わたらい産直市に出ていました。
バター炒めや、チャーハン、煮物にも使って美味しい～♪
以前作った事もありました、作りやすいです。
次々出る芽を摘んで、葉も茎も花も柔らかくておいしいです！
そのまま花びんにさしても、春を感じられますよ～ぉｖ（＾○＾）ｖ
